Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct quality check and resolve pest infestation issues for customers.
  • Handle pest infestation issue and solve active or recurring pest issues within the agreed time frame with customers.
  • Give good housekeeping and proofing recommendations to customers for long term site solutions.
  • Attend to customers who are dissatisfied or disappointed with our service and take the necessary actions to redress the situation and, where appropriate, to ensure that similar situations are prevented from happening in the future.
  • Attend customers' requirements or enquiries, and ensure all tasks and issues raised by the customers are being handled promptly with constant maintenance, updates and communication in both verbal and written.
  • Take leads to proactively communicate with customers and respective departments to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Submit quality leads to help in service area density building.
  • Ensure that all reports assigned are completed prior to dateline.
  • Assist in new innovation such as trial projects and implementation of new reporting, monitoring tools, preparations and gadget.
  • Conduct internal and external briefing or training to ensure smooth execution of service delivery such as new product launch and customer pest awareness training
  • Assist Manager in ISO/ SQC/ other accreditations surveillance and recertification.
  • Assist tr in the periodical review of servicing materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness.
  • Attend to other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
